The Certified New Home Specialist™ course is private-labeled and endorsed by the world's largest and most respected real estate organizations, including Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA, Prudential, RE/MAX and GMAC franchises as well as many independent real estate brokers, builders and developers. The Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS^®, recognizes the Certified New Home Specialist^™ Training Program as an equivalency course offering credit toward earning the prestigious CRS Designation.
