INFORMATION WE GATHER AND HOW WE USE IT
The New Home Buyer Assistance Network^™ gathers two types of information about users:

1. Information our customers and members provide through optional, voluntary submissions. These include submissions to receive further information from us, initiate the process of helping you sell your home, or from builders and brokers to apply for membership in the network. These submissions may occur through the completion of online forms, documents faxed or mailed to us, or through telephone conversation.

The information described above is used by the New Home Buyer Assistance Network^™, in the course of our business assisting our customers sell their current homes, to facilitate their purchase of a new home from our builder members. The information submitted by new home buyers and builders is first used to identify the most appropriate broker in our network to assist these buyers. Further, the appropriate information is then shared with our NHBAN Certified Brokers to allow them to make preparations and meet with the buyer, and then to manage the marketing process.

2. Information the New Home Buyer Assistance Network^™ gathers through website traffic tracking software which primarily tallies page views throughout our sites. This tracking software may identify your internet service provider and browser type, but does not identify any information about you as an individual.

This information allows us to better tailor the design of our website to our visitors needs and to help us better understand the demographics of our audience.

From time to time, the New Home Buyer Assistance Network^™ creates aggregate reports reflecting demographics, traffic patterns and other statistics relative to our business activities for advertisers, sponsors, partners and others. These aggregated reports do not disclose individual information or activities.
